Owner and Co-Founder since 1971. Tom Sr. started his career at New Jersey Bell from 1970-1971 and has been the Owner and Manager of T&R Alarm Systems Inc. ever since. His duties include everything from the design of various Fire, Security and Electrical Systems to the managing of small and large construction projects through his Supers and Foreman. Tom holds a New Jersey Electrical License, New York State Alarm License and is NICET Certified Level Four (4).
Chris has been with T&R since the start. She is responsible for accounts payable, entering and managing purchase orders, organizing health insurance for all employees, as well as overseeing all office procedures. For almost 38 years she has kept T&R organized and running smoothly.
Andy came to T&R to be the field Supervisor in 1994 to help man an 8 million dollar prison project in Rikers Island, New York. Andy has worked for several large electrical contractors and proved himself invaluable over the years. He oversees and supervises all aspects of the construction process from the initial bid of a project, to the conceptual development stage all the way through final construction. This detailed routine includes making sure that the project gets done on time, within budget and proper scheduling.
Alyssa has been with T & R Alarm for a few years now. Her over the top skills and management abilities have proven why she is a strong and important asset to our company.
Alyssa has her certification in Brivo Onsite and On-air. She’s a experienced and professional manager of our service department here at T & R Alarm. As a T & R Alarm Service Manager, you are in charge of the following; dispatch calls, troubleshooting, and scheduling appointments for all of your service requests.
Our service manager works with residential clients and clients who are in charge of the largest companies and businesses in the country, to deliver successful service.
Alyssa supports our customer sites with a combination of technical expertise, service experience, and service management. Her management of the implementation of our software and services result in satisfied customers.
Omar's primary responsibility as a Systems Engineer with T&R Alarm Systems is to generate new Maintenance Monitoring recurring revenue, along with revenue from new Electronic Security Developments. He is tapping into different markets: Chemical, Biotech, Industrial, Healthcare. Proprety Management, Private/Educational Facilities, Assisted Living and Adult Daycare to achieve a consistent revenue stream and reach targeted goals.
Jack, who has been with T&R for 33 years, works closely with Andy in project management and construction estimating. He takes part in all processes from start to finish; calculating everything from construction costs to how much time is needed to complete the job. This requires communication with all people involved while keeping budgets, costs and scheduling in line.
Mike started with T&R Alarm over 20 years ago and has continued to prove his loyalty to the company by doing whatever it takes to get the job done. He was a head mechanic for many years and now works closely with the entire team trying to open new doors and get the projects done in a timely manner. Mike primarily concentrates on large electrical projects and high-end government security systems.
Since 2007, Tim has been both inside and outside of the office. With his Cisco Certification and IT background, he has participated in countless installations requiring advanced integration and programming. Currently as service manager, Tim handles customer needs and directs our service technicians ensuring absolute customer satisfaction.
Kim has been with T & R for only a few short years, but in that time, she has streamlines our various department. Responsible for all of our customer’s secure data and accounting information, Kim helps us put the final touches on the work we perform for you. If there is something you need her to do, she is most likely done before you can finish explaining. She is very good at what she does.
Stacey has proven to be a valuable asset and her attention to detail has helped our company tremendously. Her primary job functions are managing data input into our job tracking system as well as keeping track of all payrolls. In addition to job costing, Stacey is responsible for coordinating insurance requirements and certifications for larger scale projects.
